Learners will understand WA concepts, the two-stage approval model, how to submit WA requests with effective narratives, and how to navigate approvals and rejections. Learners will complete structured HTML slides, a knowledge quiz, and receive a nokturnal.ai completion certificate upon passing. Part of the nokturnal.ai Odoo 18 Training Program.
